Kay was excellent. Very pleasant and asked exactly what kind of cut we would like for our dog Jameson. We were very detailed and she was perfect on our instructions. Will definitely go back there again.

I have taken my dog for at least 5 years to this location. He always received great service and he seemed very happy at drop off for his grooming session. However, the past year things have changed. My dog seemed a little stressed out about coming here. I have to say that the staff at the sample location have always been very welcoming and polite. However they seemed to have lost control of this business since they don't do appointments. They accept dogs at this location as walk ins and might be accepting more dogs than they can handle. So my concern is mostly about the management of this location, and not necessarily the groomers. With that been said, for the last few grooming sessions my dog had during the past year, I have always noticed that they have taken about 7 hours to complete full grooming. Second, they have forgotten to call when my dog is ready so I have waited until 5 pm, when they close and shown up to see if my dog was ready, only to find out they have been so busy that they couldn't even make a call. I would like to add that the groomer is the one who does reception, so i bet their work slows down every time a new client shows up. So they probably have to rush the grooming session. With that been said, they have missed ear hair removal and they have also forgotten what has been requested at drop off. My dog had a grooming session at the sample location on Saturday September 28th. When I picked him up at 5pm, they had to take him back because his ears where not cleaned, and they have also mentioned he was ready a while ago and they forgot to call. For a few days after this appointment I noticed my dog started licking excessively his rear end. So I called and spoke to Kay, very pleasant lady, to let her know about this and ask her if they had done anal gland expression, cause he seemed uncomfortable back there. She said that she did express them externally. I made an appointment with the vet because my dog was looking more and more uncomfortable as days went by. They not only found that his anal glands were full, but that the licking was coming mostly from a bad shave around the area. The pictures I'm posting show the redness and inflammation in the area and I didn't even bother to post his ears as well, but the vet showed me how dirty they were. I am posting this for clients to be aware and for this location to revisit its management style. If would suggest reimbursement of my expenses but, that I will leave that up to owner's discretion.

Professional and patient with my 12 year old temperamental morkie. They cut his hair the way we asked and always attempt to clean his teeth even when he tries to bite fingers. Good atmosphere and great customer service.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. You are all so nice and a beautiful shop that my dog felt very comfortable in.
I highly recommend it’s a boutique for pet supplies and beautiful novelties. Also, it is a great beauty Pallor for grooming.
I give it 10 stars .

Our cocker spaniel had a full grooming by Jennifer yesterday. We appreciate the extra information she gave us about how to keep her ears looking and feeling better.Our dog is usually one of the last dogs to get done for the day due to connivence. It also means that the nail clipper needs to be charged. Our dog lost 2 nails since her last visit. Jennifer was did a great job clipping her nails and giving us tips so they can cut them shorter in the salon. This was by far the BEST experience we have had at Boss Connection. Even though Jennifer is a floater I am going to call every morning until she is back at the Sample or Wiles location. Thank you Jennifer, Stella.
