This office is seriously a joke my poor mother in law was referred here by her primary care Dr. 1st the stupid receptionist kept saying she never received the referral and would refuse to check to see if it was sent over. So I hand delivered it to her and made the appointment then and there after having to call the office to get them to open the door when they could see me standing outside. It was 3 months before we could see the dr. Witch is ridiculous for someone who has a potential brain injury. So here we are taking days off work and to finally go to this appointment and we get there to be told the appointment was canceled and they are literally packing up the office and moving to another location. We never received a call nor did any of the other patients that came in after us. I asked the Same receptionist that made the appointment why would you do this why make appointment on the day you are moving and all she did was look at me and shrugged her shoulders like she could care less. What a p.o.s.

My mother was referred to this clinic due to her having MS but the front desk has no clue of what’s going on . My mother went through the spinal tab & at the primary care office they are saying that the drs office didn’t send the correct paperwork. So it’s a whole lot of confusions ( that we are still trying to fix) The front desk obviously is not trained for patient care. From a technologist POV and having to deal with many patients. I would not recommend this place . I’m aware that the front desk is uneducated and not caring enough for these patients. It’s as if they are trying to do some kind of insurance fraud because why aren’t they doing there job correctly keeping up with patients paper work? Find another office & do your research before coming to this DR. ( OUR FIRST MISTAKE)

The doctor is fine. The office is terrible.

My wife had a seizure event and needed to be cleared by a neurologist to be safe for driving. As usual these offices allow so many patients they cannot make reasonable scheduling accommodations. By the time they had finally scheduled and carried out the tests, the DMV had automatically suspended the license. Then, to add insult to injury, the office claimed to have sent the correct clearance paperwork only for us to find out that they did not. TWICE. We had to do it ourselves, after waiting over two weeks for a response only to find out they simply neglected to do it.

For the absolutely absurd prices that these BUSINESSES, not charities, BUSINESSES charge us ( and our insurance, that still counts even if you don't see it come out of your pocket, people) they could at least hire competent staff and make scheduling reasonable, but they have little to no respect for their patients and they know you'll show up anyways, so why bother?

They never miss sending a bill though!

So far I have had a great experience with the neurologist himself. The front desk? Not so much...I don't know who mainly answers the calls or the names of those that work in the front but they need communication training. They have been rude, over talking and not listening to patients over the phone. When answering phone calls they say hello then immediately place you on hold without even allowing you to at least say hello back. Have you on hold for hours. Literally had to shut a receptionist down and let her know that she was not listening. Arora is a good Dr, but his representation before getting to him is terrible and needs to be addressed before his staff encounters people who don't have the patience a lot of us do. Patience does not mean we have to put up with their poor spirits and communication. If you don't like your job FIND A NEW ONE!

i will admit, i saw his reviews and was very hesitant on coming here. i was pleasantly proven wrong!! he was very thorough and friendly 🙂 however, the room i was put in smelled of urine, and there was a bug on the counter. other than the gross environment, the doctor was amazing!!!

THIS DOCTOR IS LITERAL TRASH. I’m sorry for my language but I wasted my day & time going to this doctor. He was no help what so ever. all he did was give me forms to get filled out and on my way I went to be waiting for over an hour just to get forms ! the worst reviews possible a doctor can have go off the reviews don’t waste your time going here ! If your primary doctor sent you here go to another doctor get another referral elsewhere I’ve never had such a horrible doctor attend to my son ever.
If I can give him -100 stars I totally would he’s in it for the money doesn’t bother to help his patients and his office staff is extremely rude…
the office is dirty and not kept clean get some cleaners never will be returning again…
