My previous pediatric was thoughtless and not involved, and I felt valuable in this place. I was greeted by the two receptionists, and once I was called to our room, the nurse was so nice and friendly and very understanding that my son was a bit reserved towards strangers. The nurse patiently waited outside ao i can place him in the weight machine. The nurse got down to his level and explained to him that she was gonna measure his heartbeat with the finger control and check his temperature. He was finally getting understanding he is in a safe place. Once his doctor Corinne came in, she introduced herself and asked about our visit and asked my son she was gonna check his ears and his health. My son was hiding next to me but we play doctor at home so he knew the equipment she was gonna use and he just sat next to me as she came down to his level and showed the stethoscope and he was comfortable with his check up. I was so proud of my son, and I was so happy and amazed by Corinne and her nurse, so sweet and patient and amazing towards me and my son. This was just our first appointment, but I am looking forward to actually bringing him here with Dr. Corinne Maxwell and the nurse unfortunately forgot her name, but once I get her name, I definitely will update this post. I'm so satisfied with my visit.

Ever since they “upgraded” their system they have slowed down significantly. The answering service takes you in circles and then no one picks up. It takes me days of calling non stop to talk to someone. Yet they are always texting surveys etc. Dr Patel is great but she is rarely there anymore all we get are PA’s. Her office is not what it used to be!

My family loves Dr. Patel, her NPs and all the staff in the upland location. Been coming here since she saw my son at pomona valley in 2018. She told us he was going to be tall and 5 years later he is TALL! They're phenomenal. Never have to wait long, kind, caring and most importantly thorough! I highly recommend her practice to anyone.

Used to love this place but they cancelled my appointment for my daughter two weeks ago due to the “provider having an emergency”. Yet in the span of two weeks they don’t answer phones or online appointment requests. I will have to go in person apparently to even get a damn appointment. So disappointed. Online it says their open and the answering machine says their office is closed

I took time off work and pulled my son from school only to sit in a packed waiting room and be told that I didn’t even have an appointment, which I had made Monday. The only thing the front office could offer was for me to stand around for who knows how long to wait for a manager who couldn’t be found. I finally left because the staff was so unprofessional. Ms. Patel has been with my son since birth, and pretty much the only thing I’m gonna miss about this place. Hopefully Ms. Patel gets professional people who know how to do their job. Thank God we’re switching insurance. Not only that they take forever to answer the phone and clearly can’t even schedule appointments the right way.

We just moved to this area and was assigned this Dr.Sapta Patel.
We have been here 2 times, both times had to wait 1 hr even tho we arrived 10 mins before our appointment.
The 2nd time we had at our appointment at 2pm it was pouring, well we arrived earlier and the let us in at 2pm. There were 3 moms with our kids waiting outside in the cold, and one had a new born, Yes they they their lunch break but especially when it is raining they should take turns like any other places....how can you be so inconsiderate and have ppl special kids outside.
My appointment was at 2 and they saw my child at 3pm
I don't even know who the Dr is, because her team sees my daughter....
We needed a form to submit to school and we had to go pick it upand pay $5, not a problem for the $5 but usually the Clinic can send this form via email....well not them...
We are switching Drs, not happy with their service at all .

Only reason why I am giving them 2 stars is due to them never answering the phones. I had to drive down in one occasion do to no one answering the phone. To my surprise I showed up and no one was there based on their answering machine their out to lunch from 1pm to 2pm but yet I showed up at 12:30pm with no one sitting at the front. I was told they had left for lunch which did nor make sense since their machine stated a different time. Decided to call again 3 hours later with yet no one answering their phones. So disappointed

Estoy amar y llamar y no responden el teléfono cómo que no tienes recepcionista para que contesten los teléfonos uno queriendo hacer cita para sus hijos y ellas que no responden por estar en el pinche teléfono chateando todo iba bien pero hoy que han puesto nuevas cosas de nuevos teléfonos de que dice que la oficina están cerradas que están cerradas y que no sé qué y no responden ni los mensajes que uno les manda responde mejor le doy una estrella y voy a cambiar a mis hijos de doctora
