Cabin was great. Beautiful place at a very nice location. Very well equipped. It gave us a very cozy and home-y vibes.

One thing I personally had an issue with was the bed size. Online and everywhere other website it said Queen beds and they were definitely not queen sized they were twin. I came with family and an infant and it was impossible for us to fit on that bed which made it very difficult to get any sleep. Either they need to change the description or the bed size.

We loved everything about the place. There are no place like this in Big Bear. We felt welcome the moment we stepped into the space. The scent, music, and lighting. Otto chalet was clean, amazingly decorated and furnished. We got to town early and the host offered us an early check in.
We can’t wait to experience the other cabins in our future stays.

Absolutely adorable cabin! We had a wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable beds and the fireplace made the living area so cozy! There is free pressed coffee but if you take your coffee with sugar or cream we suggest you bring some as they only provide the coffee. There is a fridge, freezer and microwave. And bikes are available to use. The cabins are within walking distance to the Village. Wish we had more time to stay longer!

This property is impeccable! The design style and quality of both interior & exterior spaces is lovely. The cabin was comfortable and clean, and the beds were luxurious. Check in/out was simple with the remote customer service. The location is easily accessible and very peaceful, and we would love to visit again!

Hosts were great- really enjoyed the atmosphere and environment of the complex. Perfect location for skiing and enjoying the town.

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet and charming. Easy check in and check out. No management on site but it was very easy to communicate with them through text. We had a request and they were able to accommodate us, very hospitable. We were 2 adults and 2 kids.
We made dinner at communal area. Glad that we brought a knife, cutting board and all picnic items.
Bike rental was easy but unfortunately all bikes were too tall for me (5'2") and one of the kids (4'9").

We were looking for a cabin to stay for a night, it was almost a last minute booking.
The customer service was AMAZING, the instructions were clear and on point.

Giulianna didn't hesitate to text me back immediately, whenever I had a question and to accommodate my requests.

With a 14 month old it's hard to travel, yet alone to trust a place that is clean enough to have your sensitive skin baby for overnight.

On that note, I can't emphasize enough on how clean the cabin was! I've never booked any place in my life that's been this clean! Both my husband and I were amazed by how orgenized and clean the place was!
All the amenities you need are there, frensh press coffee, toaster, microwave, TV, the main metwoeks like Netlix (YAS).

If you're looking for a cozy and clean cabin look no more!

Great place! The cottages were well maintained. Management was so helpful trying to coordinate my trip with the October Fest. Our family will be back!
