Amazing experience! Me and my daughter took our American bull dog here on a Saturday afternoon at about 12:30 to use their dog bathing facilities. I worried that all the tubs would be filled and that we would have to be standing around for quite some time with a huge dog on a leash but that wasn’t the case at all. When we first walked in all the tubs were full but after a short 10 minute wait and a $10 fee- we were IN! This place is extremely worth every penny and we’ve decided to make it a weekly thing.

Pet Supermarket in Weston was a great experience. People were friendly, and selection was great. the store was clean and we got everything we needed. I have been an online orderer in the past, but going and seeing the options in Weston was very helpful. Either the manager or the head associate was incredibly helpful and friendly. A+

The service here is great. One of the store clerks helped me carry my items to the car. Another recommended items for my puppy and they were just what I needed. Nail cutting is a task and the clerks suggestion to file them down were spot on.

One of the Pet Supermarkets with the worst customer service, rude employees that don’t seem to like being there. Store floor is filthy, dog baths stations are even worse, not maintained, driers are always broken, hoses leaking, you’re only given 2 towels (if they have any to give you, sometimes they won’t give any)

We only own fish at this time, but we go there for anything we need for the fish and for my kids to check out all the animals. They are always well staffed, very friendly and let you peruse (like my kids love to do weekly) without being annoyed if we don't buy anything and just came to visit the creatures.

The staff wasn’t too friendly in my experience tbh. Also gave me a hard time about using Apple Pay & then I had to go back in line to purchase another item I forgot & wouldn’t let me use Apple Pay or my physical card linked to Apple Pay so I couldn’t purchase my item. The cashier didn’t really explain why or seem apologetic.
Like another customer mentioned below - there are better Pet Supermarket locations.

I love using their self bathing station for my dog. It's always clean and they provide towels and shampoo for an affordable price. I live in a town home and it's hard for me to bathe my senior dog at home so this is the perfect place for him.
