Fantastic stay at Residence Inn Sarasota!
Was staying here for 4 nights due to the hurricane Helene and being evacuated from my home. Zoe the Sales Manager, Michele the GM, front desk member Allie & Barbara were all so helpful, kind, caring, understanding! The hotel was 100% full and they handled all the guests with calmness, smiles, and understanding of everyone’s situation. The breakfast and coffee was great and Judy in the breakfast Buffett was so sweet. My dog was very happy with treats from the front desk and we loved the room super clean and spacious the king studio, great for long term, all Housekeeping worked so hard to make sure everything was clean and up to par! They do a great job!! Would of course stay here again! Thanks to the whole Residence Inn Sarasota Team!! You are all so appreciated!!!

Our room was a studio with full kitchen (microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker). Had king bed and large pull out mattress in the couch. Rooms were super clean and very nice. Outside area has a large grill, fire pit, outdoor seating area with comfy chairs and umbrellas, and a pool with lounge chairs. Room was spacious with plenty of storage space. Was with large group for sports tournament, and the Front desk woman named Carrie was amazing. Sooo helpful, personable, and friendly. She went above and beyond to make everyones stay great. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, as well as people with kids

Rooms are a little dated but clean. Facilities are in good shape. Turn down the AC, it can take a few hours to get to the temperature you like.

Good luck in communicating with the staff to get anything done, none of them speak English and we are in America at a American Business. New business model. Response to manager: It's "does" not dose, which is exactly my point. If you are hiring employees to work in an American business and have contact with the public, but do not speak the American language (English) then they are not qualified for that position, being as the majority of your customer base is English speaking. You are not maximizing your business potential as it's not supposed to be a hassle to stay at a hotel. You can Twist Everything To Fit Your Narrative, but your doing a disservice to the employees but not hiring qualified personnel.

This place is excellent. The location is in a nice area. The apartment style rooms have everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! This is one of the best Marriott experiences I have had.

Clean, well maintained facilities with exceptional staff. Thank you Michele Reisdorf and Keri at front desk. You made our hard trip so much easier for us. The entire staff from your maintenance, housekeeping and service area were kind and accommodating at all times, day and night. It was a welcoming surprise to have a hearty/ versatile breakfast everyday. Thank you very much , we appreciate all your hard work and hospitality. Will return again for sure

This hotel was great service, location is right across from sarasota airport. This place is good for longterm stays as they have kitchens in rooms.

The room was perfect! The main room has a couch, tv, two top stools with table, fridge, microwave, toaster, utensils, cook ware, flattop burners, main bedroom with a door - perfect because my husband is a nite owl and likes the tv loud, good size closet off the area with the sink.
